Komang Sukerni (affectionately known as Sinta) is the founder and heart of Prana Healing Yoga. Born in Singaraja, Bali, Komang’s spiritual roots run deep — she was raised with traditional Balinese ceremonial wisdom passed down from her father and grandfather, both Hindu mangkus (priests). Her life’s calling emerged early: to guide others toward balance, inner harmony, and soulful presence through yoga and healing practices.

Since becoming a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) in 2004, Komang has devoted over two decades to teaching and healing. Her approach blends mindful yoga, breathwork, meditation, and sacred rituals — all grounded in prana, the Sanskrit word for life force or vital energy. Through this lens, she supports people in discovering their own capacity for healing, resilience, and joy.

Komang believes that yoga is not just physical practice but a path to presence and self-acceptance. She encourages every student to meet themselves with compassion — gently releasing emotional blockages, calming the nervous system, and opening the heart to deeper connection. Whether through private sessions, group practices, or sacred water blessings, her guidance invites profound transformation from the inside out.
